To quote the aptly-named title of this piece (and Christopher Eccleston's 9th Doctor)...

This remarkable piece is just that. After all, when such a wonderful idea is coupled with such a fun mix of cartoony and realistic artwork, not much can possibly go wrong. And it hasn't, just to be sure.
The dominance of Eccleston's Doctor in the picture, and his trusty Sonic Screwdriver (this current model no longer being used, as you'll probably have noticed), begins to express such a happy and positive opinion of Who and all its features, while the rest of the secondary cast and characters are all so beautifully drawn and designed so that each character can be recognised just through their design and stance.
The way the entire piece seems to mix together into a concoction of pure Who praise is absolutely wonderful, and this piece shows what we all enjoyed and adored in Eccleston's only season as the last Time Lord.
A wonderful piece, that has just drawn in and enticed me enough to browse the rest of the pieces on show in your gallery!
